Item Returns

We accept returns on any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note the following return guidelines:

• Beds & Covers: Must be returned in unused condition, free of pet hair, dirt, or damage.
• Personalized Items: Due to customization, these items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Trial Period: If your dog tries the bed and it’s not the perfect fit, we still want you to be happy! Contact us to explore alternative solutions.

Return Process:

1. Email our customer service returns team at returns@comfortdogbeds.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange, credit, or refund within 14 days.

Shipping Costs:
